Support Credits

Many emergency IT issues can be resolved in less than half a working day and therefore we measure the amount of time we spend on calls by the hour. One support credit is the equivalent of one hour's work at your site and will never be taken up by travel costs.

Remote Support

Although we'll always come to site whenever necessary, if a problem can be resolved quickly through remote control we'll use this method. Remote support is free with contracts 2 and 3.

Development Visits

Our consolidation and development ideas not only cover areas such as installations, upgrades and expansion but also incorporate many ideas about how to fully utilise the systems you currently have. See our consolidation and expansion page for more information.

Maintenance Contracts and On-Site Support


We have designed three different IT Maintenance and Support contracts, each intended for different sizes of organisation and to fall within a wide range of IT budgets. All of them feature credit for a significant amount of on-site support and also at least two on-site IT health checks per year to ensure all your systems are working as they should be.
